Safeplicity is a security tool that helps you protect sensitive data. The app enables you to secure documents, photos, videos, and all types of confidential data that you want to preserve from undesired access. Using AES 256-bit encryption, Safeplicity can effectively protect local folders and drives, including external discs and USB drives.

Safeplicity works in a very easy manner; it adds a new entry to the Windows content menu in order to simplify file protection from any location in your PC. Besides, it offers two protection options, which you can choose with a simple right click. One of these is password protection; by using it you can lock with a password any folder that contains private data. Whenever someone attempts to open that folder, Safeplicity will require the security key. Another way of protecting files with this tool is by completely hiding them from view. This method makes your folders totally invisible to Windows Explorer or any other program.

In order to access your hidden and protected folders, you need to right click anywhere in your PC or desktop. The Unhide option will show up and you can open your files by entering the correct password. Likewise, the option to lock all your protected files again can be found in the context menu.

If you keep sensitive information in your computer, such as confidential documents, private photos/videos, etc., and want to prevent unauthorized access to it, Safeplicity is an excellent choice. The program works very well and provides a quick, uncomplicated manner to secure files and folders. Safeplicity works on all versions of Windows from Windows 7 onward , and can be evaluated during 30 days.
